Hikaru Jougasaki is a teenage girl with black hair who loves to cosplay. She is a member of the anime club at her school and is always looking for new ways to express her love of anime. One day, she decides to enter a cosplay contest at a local convention. She spends weeks working on her costume and practicing her performance. On the day of the contest, she is nervous but excited.
